Yonsei University colleague Eric Wilkinson created this shot of me in deep contemplation with my Quiet Bear Western cedar F#m kit flute. This was in Wonju, South Korea in June 2012.

The simple Stellar Gm flute I'm using here has a beautiful, full voice. Made of Western cedar, it's feather-light but still manages a commanding yet elegant presence.

My mainstay electric guitar, a Cort Source, has been with me since 2002. Former colleague Eric Wilkinson made this photo in Wonju, South Korea in June 2012. Yes, I was unplugged!

Even in the shadows, there's no mistaking the iconic shape of the Jonah Thompson Am with the eagle fetish. This place was a tunnel connected to a rice paddy in wonju, South Korea. (Fall 2011)

In my favorite tunnel spot in Chuncheon., South Korea, I had a blast enjoying the Triple Sparrow Hawk Am flute from High Spirits. I suppose I could say it was three times the usual fun... or is that too corny?

Here, I'm having a go at the John Mahoney sunflower stalk flute in Fm. This photo was captured back in June 2012 in Wonju, South Korea by my then-colleague Eric Wilkinson.

Double-barreled fun in a tunnel in Chuncheon, South Korea was had on this day in August 2008. The weapon of blissful creation is a Laughing Crow Dm drone flute made of bird's eye maple.

Zen & the Art of Blues Guitar... Snapped by then-colleague Richard Weavers, I'm playing another person's Squire Stratocaster. This was in 2008 in Chuncheon, South Korea.

On this day in 2009, the birds were singing just as loud as my then-new EZ-Anasazi B-flat flute by Stephen DeRuby. It's superbly built, and the Eastern aromatic cedar smells wonderful!

Taken by former colleague Richard Weavers back in 2008, this is me playing a High Spirits Kestrel flute in high Em made of birch. Guess I was feeling a bit blue that day...
